Role & responsibilities

- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform capabilities.

- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.

- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release-management processes.

- Experience with Git/source control and CI/CD.

- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers.





Good to Have

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Exposure to Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud based on project requirements.

- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms.

- Experience with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tooling.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
