Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to validate Salesforce applications through functional, integration, regression, and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce platform knowledge and experience developing and executing test strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
- Test Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Verify integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Perform data validation and verify data migration results.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using suitable tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.




- Maintain test documentation and provide testing status reports.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of software QA experience, including substantial hands-on Salesforce testing.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, workflows, and security.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Selenium or Provar automation experience is preferred.
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience validating Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be available to work onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Minimum 5 + years of relevant QA experience, including Salesforce testing.
- Valid government-issued residential address proof is mandatory at the time of submission.
- Must be available for a contract engagement.
