Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to own the technical delivery of assigned modules on an enterprise Quality Management System for a large pharmaceutical client. You will turn functional requirements into a sound technical design, build the complex parts yourself, set the standard for the rest of the team, and be the person the Product Owner and architect come to on feasibility and trade-offs. Depth in custom Apex, LWC and integration design is the core requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the technical design for assigned modules — translate functional requirements into an approach, and call out what is and isn't feasible on the platform.
- Build complex Apex and Lightning Web Component functionality, including the parts the team can't.
- Design and specify integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LIMS, DMS, MES and others) — API contracts, authentication, error handling and retry behaviour.
- Set and enforce coding standards; run code reviews; mentor junior developers and the trainee intake.




- Own release and deployment hygiene, environment strategy, and production issue troubleshooting.
- Work with the BA/Product Owner and architect on effort estimation, design trade-offs and sequencing.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years Salesforce development with substantial custom development — not configuration-led work.
- Deep Apex: design patterns, bulkification, asynchronous and batch processing, governor limit management, test strategy and coverage discipline.
- Strong Lightning Web Components; Aura and Visualforce as needed.
- Integration design — REST and SOAP, platform events, authentication patterns, resilient error handling.
- Salesforce security, sharing and data architecture at enterprise scale.
- CI/CD, Git branching strategy and disciplined release management.
- Able to explain a technical decision to a non-technical business stakeholder without losing them.
- Able to work from the client's Hyderabad office 3 days a week.

Preferred

- Platform Developer II certification.
- MuleSoft or comparable integration platform.
- Managed-package extension experience.
- GxP / validated-system delivery exposure; ComplianceQuest experience.
- Prior tech lead or mentoring responsibility.
