Experience: 1-2 years in Sales and Use Tax

Key Responsibilities

- Support and coordinate VDA engagements, including data gathering and documentation
- Perform nexus analysis and taxability assessments across jurisdictions
- Work with tax engines/software (e.g., Vertex) for return preparation and validation
- Execute SUT compliance processes including return preparation, reconciliations, and sales tax registrations.
- Identify discrepancies in data and ensure accurate tax reporting




- Customize client deliverables and ensure documentation aligns with engagement requirements
- Interact with clients for data requests, clarifications, and status updates
- Assist in preparing internal training materials and improving process documentation
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Requirements

- CA / MBA / CPA / CFA (preferred)/Enrolled Agent or B.Com with relevant experience
- 1-2 years of experience in indirect tax / SUT
- Good understanding of US sales tax concepts (nexus, taxability, compliance)
