We are looking for a target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Support team members in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve sales performance.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure target achievement.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to motivate the team and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Local candidates preferred.
