Key Result Areas

- Generate new customers through leads, references, existing customer networks, and market outreach.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and explain suitable insurance products.




- Achieve sales targets by selling new policies and offering additional products to existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with policy-related queries and ensuring timely policy issuance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to build long-term relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Update leads and sales activities in the system, attend training programs, and follow company processes and ethical standards.
