Position: Sales Support Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting: General Manager

Criteria: Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination. Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or ERP tools such as SAP or IBP will be considered an added advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Data Management, Reporting And Documentation.
- Solid coordination, communication, attention to detail
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to support day-to-day sales operations.
- Compile region-wise and headquarters-wise sales data and analyses fieldwork reports.




- Monitor login and logout records and maintain relevant sales reports.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and other relevant documentation.

Travel & Expense Management:

- Coordinate employee Travel bookings with authorized vendors.
- Assist in the preparation, verification and accounting of expense statements

Tender Exhibition & Coordination:

- Coordinate with relevant functions to collect and compile tender documentation.
- Coordinate exhibition documentation and booth design with authorized vendors.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Maintain relevant records and documentation and undertake other related administrative responsibilities as required.
