A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products or services, developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers to generate current sales.

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on inquiries.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales performance.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.

- Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
