Job Summary

As a Sales Officer at Lazza Ice Creams, you will be the primary driver of our market presence, managing relationships with retail partners, expanding our distribution footprint, and ensuring our products are impeccably merchandised. You will oversee retail freezer upkeep, drive sales volume, and manage daily field operations within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Retailer Relationship Management: Visit existing retail outlets regularly to build strong rapport, take timely orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail partners and stockists to expand Lazza's market share within the assigned territory.

- Freezer &
- Merchandising Upkeep:

Monitor retailer freezer performance, cleanliness, and product placement to ensure optimal brand visibility and product freshness.

- Sales &

- Target Achievement:

Drive primary and secondary sales targets, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure timely product availability across all retail touchpoints.

- Inventory &

- Order Tracking:

Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,



stock rotation (FIFO), and minimal product out-of-stock situations.

- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights, track local market trends, and report regular sales performance metrics to management.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in FMCG sales, or direct-to-retail distribution (ice cream or beverage industry experience is a solid plus).

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; basic mathematical competency for handling billing, discounts, and inventory counts.

- Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned region.

- Education: Higher secondary or above.
