Sales Representative – IT Services

We are looking for a Sales Representative – IT Services to identify potential business clients, generate sales opportunities, and promote IT services and technology solutions to businesses looking to improve their operations, digital presence, and overall business performance.

The role involves B2B prospecting, outbound sales, client outreach, understanding business requirements, presenting IT solutions, and converting prospects into paying clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential businesses that can benefit from IT services and technology solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and other prospecting channels
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and relevant decision-makers to introduce the company's IT services
- Understand client business requirements, technology needs, project objectives, and operational challenges
- Promote services such as website development, software development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and other IT services offered by the company
- Explain the features, benefits, and business value of relevant IT solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls, client discussions, online meetings, and follow-ups to generate qualified business opportunities
- Prepare service proposals, share quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements
- Handle client queries and objections, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closure
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate lead databases, sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and client communication records in CRM, Excel,



or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned targets related to outreach, qualified leads, client meetings, conversions, and revenue generation
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure a smooth handover of client requirements after deal closure

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, IT services sales, B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred. Experience selling website development, software solutions, or other technology services will be an added advantage.
