We are looking for motivated Sales Officers to generate business loan leads, acquire SME customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for SME and business loans.
- Acquire customers through field visits and local market sourcing.
- Identify potential small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Required Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in SME Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Banking, or NBFC sales is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
