Job Brief: - AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting our financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the bank's overall success. Responsibilities :-

- Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial products and services.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, credit, and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
