Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals Manage online platforms (website, social media, property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.) Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences 6 7 8 9 Organize promotional events, site visits, and property exhibitions Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and lead conversion Maintain relationships with Clients and Handle till closure
