Job Responsibilities:
- Work from the project site sales office.
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries from potential customers.
- Explain residential and commercial property details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate site visits and provide property tours to customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle leads and close sales effectively.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
Job Type: Full time Salary: As per experience + Attractive Sales Incentives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
