Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will oversee sales and marketing activities, including planning and executing campaigns, managing lead generation, and nurturing key customer relationships. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, tracking performance against sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and product development to support revenue growth. The individual will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine positioning and identify new business opportunities.





The Sales Marketing

Manager will also prepare reports and presentations for leadership, support contract negotiations, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic marketing tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and generate insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, targets, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel to customer locations or project sites as business needs require.
