We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the Connector and Wiring Harness industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry, good customer relationship skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the connector and wiring harness industry.
- Generate leads, approach potential customers, and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Sales & Marketing within the Connector and Wiring Harness industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of connectors, wiring harnesses, and related electrical/electronic components.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
Experience: Relevant industry experience required. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
