SALES MANAGER - HOTEL / HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, wellness retreats, destination experiences, or premium travel services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, building strong client relationships, and promoting our unique wellness retreat experiences to individuals, corporate clients, travel partners, and wellness communities.

We are seeking someone who combines strong sales skills with a passion for wellness, exceptional guest experiences, and relationship-driven selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Promote wellness retreat packages, accommodation, wellness programs, and experiential offerings.
- Generate new business through corporate partnerships, travel agents, tour operators, wellness consultants, and direct clients.
- Manage sales enquiries, follow up with prospective guests, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel planners, corporate HR teams, event organizers, and wellness professionals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop customized retreat packages for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and booking confirmation.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and improve guest acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Represent the retreat at networking events, trade shows, industry meetings, and relevant promotional activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer engagement throughout the enquiry, booking, and pre-arrival journey.

Preferred Candidate





- Candidates with experience in luxury resorts, wellness retreats, Ayurveda resorts, spa resorts, or premium hospitality are preferred.
- Experience in corporate sales, group bookings, and retreat packages will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be proactive, professional, and results-oriented.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, luxury resorts, wellness retreats, tourism, destination management, or premium experiential services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, partnerships, and direct customer acquisition.
- Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, and digital lead management.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- A genuine interest in wellness, holistic living, mindful travel, and exceptional hospitality experiences.
