We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG industry to manage sales operations, develop distributor and dealer networks, increase market coverage, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand FMCG distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
- Manage primary and secondary sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales performance.
- Handle sales planning, reporting, and team coordination.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Only candidates with FMCG sales experience will be considered.




- Solid knowledge of distributor management, channel sales, and retail markets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales management skills.
- Candidates must be available to work in Indore.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Age preference: Below 45 years.

Salary & Benefits ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
