We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand promotion, and customer engagement across our plant, landscaping, lifestyle, and exotic product businesses.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable working on the ground, and willing to take initiative in executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of reels, product photos, promotional posters, and marketing materials.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer preference studies.
- Assist with on-ground marketing activities, store promotions, events, and brand activations.
- Help generate leads, engage with potential customers, and support sales growth.
- Monitor social media performance, campaign results, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify new marketing opportunities.




- Contribute fresh ideas to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, video editing, or content creation is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in on-ground marketing activities and learn through practical experience.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
