Sales Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the travel and tourism industry to manage day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, quotation preparation, rate negotiation, and sales team management, with a strong focus on process efficiency and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates with travel agents, and coordinate with suppliers to finalize costs.
- Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and improve sales processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and support the sales team to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve company sales goals.
- Monitor sales KPIs, review performance dashboards, and track progress against targets.




- Ensure timely follow-ups, effective lead management, and improved sales conversions.
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with travel agents, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify training needs and support the development of sales team capabilities.
- Contribute to revenue growth and business expansion through effective sales execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Tourism and Travel Management is preferred.
- A degree in Travel and Tourism is an added advantage.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in travel sales, DMC, or the tourism industry.
- Previous inside sales experience is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
- Experience in sales team management, quotation preparation, rate negotiation, and sales operations is desirable.
