Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a agile and experienced professional to lead and manage the home loan sales division. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in home loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. This position requires a leader who can motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve home loan business targets in alignment with the bank’s objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the home loan sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, real estate developers, and brokers to expand the home loan customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches and product offerings accordingly.
