Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales, develop client relationships, and increase revenue for Woodies Bleisure Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and other services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Good networking and client relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
