- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, business directories, and other relevant platforms.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify potential business opportunities.

- Follow up on company-generated and self-generated leads to convert them into projects.

- Pitch IT services, including digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and mobile app development.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services based on their business goals.

- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with prospective clients.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue.
