DirectusHR Services is hiring Sales Executives – Industrial Sales for a leading company in the industrial sales and engineering products industry.

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals with experience in industrial sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the industrial and engineering sectors.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and develop business relationships.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell industrial and engineering products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into sales.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B sales.
- Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., B.Com., B.Sc., or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering candidates will be preferred.
- Experience in field sales, client visits, lead generation, and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in selling the following products will be preferred:
- Industrial Motors
- Gearboxes and Gear Motors
- Couplings
- AC Drives
- Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Products
- Other Industrial Equipment and Engineering Products
