Main Responsibilities

- Monitoring and achieving sales Targets and Budgets
- Preparing action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer problems by providing information, answering questions and training sales representatives, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information;
- Achieves credit objectives by Implementing and monitoring Credit policies and procedures.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing skilled publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.




- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Ensure that sales and marketing initiatives with the customers/Clients comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
