Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 34 sales professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, contractors and project accounts.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Train, guide and motivate the sales team and monitor individual performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Take ownership of the overall sales performance of the assigned team and territory.

Preferred candidate profile Should be experienced from companies like Ultratech, Pidilite Roff, MYK Laticrete , Weber and other competitors in industry.
