Can you turn a brand’s marketing objective into a compelling advertising opportunity—and close the deal?

Adfinity operates a digital out-of-home advertising network across malls in Kerala. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager who can build relationships with brands and agencies, win new business and grow advertising revenue.

What you’ll do

- Drive advertising sales across Adfinity’s mall-based digital media network.
- Identify and approach brands, advertising agencies, media planners and local businesses.
- Understand client objectives and recommend relevant locations, campaign formats and advertising packages.
- Prepare proposals, make presentations, negotiate commercials and close business.
- Build repeat business through strong client relationships and proactive account management.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with clear follow-ups, revenue forecasts and closure timelines.
- Work closely with creative and operations teams to ensure campaigns run as committed.
- Track campaign delivery, gather client feedback and identify renewal opportunities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and coordinate timely payment collection.

What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in media or advertising sales, with a proven record of achieving targets.




- Experience selling advertising across OOH, DOOH, radio, print, television, cinema or digital media.
- Robust prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to sell the value of an advertising solution and build lasting client relationships.
- Commercial judgement and discipline in managing proposals, follow-ups and collections.
- Confidence communicating in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for client and agency meetings.
- Ownership, integrity and a collaborative approach.

Added advantage
- Existing relationships with brands, advertising agencies and media buyers in Kerala.
- Experience in mall media, OOH or DOOH advertising.
- Familiarity with media planning, campaign measurement and CRM tools.
