Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and learn what theyre looking for.
- Help shoppers find suitable activewear, footwear, accessories, and fitness equipment.
- Explain product features, offers, and store policies.
- Support product trials and help customers compare options.
- Keep shelves and displays tidy and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with billing, stock checks, and inventory organization.
- Share customer questions and feedback with the store team.
- Help maintain a friendly, organized shopping setting.
What you’ll need
- Clear communication and a helpful approach with customers.
- Interest in retail, sportswear, fitness, or customer service.
- Willingness to learn about products and sales.
- Reliability and flexibility to work store hours, including weekends if required
