At SimBal Studios, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Growth Intern who can help us build meaningful client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to our studio’s growth.

If you enjoy networking, communicating with people, researching markets, and turning conversations into business opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in client pitch meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
- Research local markets and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update potential client databases.
- Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads.
- Work closely with the founders to plan sales strategies and outreach initiatives.
- Attend internal strategy meetings and implement lead-generation plans.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team during onboarding.
- Track leads, maintain sales reports, and monitor conversion progress.

Requirements

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making calls and participating in client meetings.
- Good research, organisational, and follow-up skills.




- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with an interest in business development.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
