Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to oversee our sales operations, expand our distribution network, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in B2B/industrial sales, solid client-relationship capabilities, and a proven track record handling engineering or sheet metal product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base, achieve revenue targets, and maximize market share.
- Distribution Management: Oversee dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks, ensuring streamlined operations, product availability, and performance tracking.
- Client Relationship & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for key industrial accounts, addressing client requirements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term client retention.
- Business Development: Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and new business opportunities within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback; mentor the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of solid experience in core industrial/B2B sales.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Sheet Metal, Engineering Products, or industrial capital goods.
- Domain Expertise: Prior background working as a Distribution Head, Regional Sales Head, or Channel Sales Manager is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, client-coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
