Screenista is transforming the offline advertising landscape with our Intelligent Out-of-Home (OOH) digital screen network. We are looking for an energetic and aggressive Field Sales Executive to be the face of our brand in the local market.

What You Will Do

- Direct Field Sales: Conduct daily market visits to meet face-to-face with prospective B2B clients (retail chains, restaurants, real estate firms, educational institutions, etc.) to pitch Screenista’s digital screen advertising.

- Lead Conversion: Take ownership of warm leads generated by our telecalling team, conducting in-person meetings and presentations to convert them into paying clients.

- Market Scouting: Proactively identify and approach untapped businesses and premium locations that would benefit from our digital display solutions.

- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and successfully close contracts to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth handover of client creative assets to the marketing team and maintain strong relationships for contract renewals and upselling.

- Market Reporting: Track daily field activities, update client statuses, and provide on-the-ground market intelligence regarding competitor activities to the leadership team.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Field Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in direct field sales, B2B sales,



or business development (experience in advertising, media sales, or FMCG is highly preferred).

- Mobility: A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license are strictly mandatory for this role.

- Local Expertise: A deep understanding of the commercial geography and business hubs across Bhopal and/or Indore.

- Strong Closer: Exceptional face-to-face communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of managing a daily route plan independently.
