Role Description The Sales & Growth Intern will support revenue and client acquisition efforts for Edit Waale in a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and assisting in outreach through calls, emails, and social media. The intern will help present Edit Waale’s services to prospects, schedule and participate in sales meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.





The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to understand service offerings, gathering client requirements, and contributing to proposals or basic pitch decks. Additionally, the intern will assist in monitoring campaign performance, preparing simple sales reports, and supporting client relationship activities to drive repeat business and growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, basic negotiation, and deal follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as the ability to learn sales processes quickly and support structured sales activities.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, or video-related services is beneficial.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, email platforms) and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
