Sales Executive – Web Design

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Web Design to identify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and sell web design services to businesses looking to build a professional website or improve their existing website design.

The role includes prospect research, outbound calling, client communication, understanding website design requirements, explaining service offerings, managing follow-ups, discussing project pricing, and converting interested prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities include

- Identify and approach businesses that may need new website designs, website redesigns, landing pages, or other web design services
- Connect with business owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers
- Generate sales opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, company websites, and other approved channels
- Identify businesses with outdated websites, poor website layouts, or no skilled online presence and explore potential sales opportunities
- Explain services such as business website design, responsive web design, e-commerce website design, landing page design, UI/UX design, and website redesign
- Understand client business goals, design preferences, target audience, website requirements, and project expectations
- Qualify prospects based on their design requirements, project scope, estimated budget, and readiness to proceed
- Present suitable web design services, explain deliverables, communicate pricing,



and discuss project proposals
- Explain the importance of professional website design, mobile responsiveness, user experience, and clear business presentation
- Handle initial client questions, address objections, and support pricing discussions and sales negotiations
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and the technical team to communicate client requirements accurately
- Maintain prospect details, client conversations, project requirements, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Work towards daily outreach, qualified opportunity, follow-up, and sales conversion targets

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, or web design services sales preferred.

Experience selling website design, website redesign, e-commerce website design, landing pages, UI/UX design, or other web services will be preferred.
