Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the paint industry to develop business, promote paint products, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and retailers across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell paints, coatings, primers, and related products.
- Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractor networks.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence.
- Negotiate pricing, follow up on orders,



and ensure timely payment collection.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paint industry.
- Knowledge of paint products, dealer networks, and distribution channels.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha for market visits.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
