Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and explain our services.
- Understand client requirements and answer enquiries.
- Follow up on leads and support sales conversions.
- Maintain client relationships and update lead records.

Requirements
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and client handling skills.
- Telecalling experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions is required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
