Position: Sales Executive

Role Overview A energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive is required to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships, and promote self-loading concrete mixers (SLCMs) and related construction equipment solutions. The role involves field sales, customer visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell self-loading concrete mixers (SLCMs) and related construction equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, dealers, and existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and generate sales leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with internal sales, finance,



and service teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular updates on sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience; experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and generate business independently.
- Knowledge of the Jalandhar market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
