Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is open to motivated freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or industrial marketing. The ideal candidate will help drive business growth by identifying recent client leads, pitching our manufacturing capabilities, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospective clients, and business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with existing and new clients.
- Product Pitching: Effectively present and communicate our sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing solutions to potential buyers.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to spot new business avenues.
- Sales Coordination: Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations,



coordinate with the technical and production teams, and assist in closing deals.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline (Mechanical/Production background or MBA/Marketing is an added advantage).
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or industrial marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil (local language proficiency is required).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Chennai (specifically near Sholavaram or willing to commute) are preferred.
