Handle customer enquiries and telephone sales for company / products, with responsibility for lead follow-up, order conversion and customer coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound sales calls; understand customer requirements and suggest suitable

- Follow up with leads received through calls, WhatsApp, the website and online business platforms.
- Share approved product details and quotations; maintain regular follow-up to convert enquiries into orders

- Coordinate order confirmations, payment follow-ups and dispatch updates with internal teams.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and submit activity reports; escalate technical queries and customer issues to the relevant team.

Candidate requirements
- Freshers may apply; experienced candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant sales or telecalling

- Experienced applicants should have handled both inbound and outbound calling. Freshers must be willing to learn both.
- Good Hindi and English communication, confident telephone etiquette, customer handling and basic Excel/computer skills. Graduation preferred.
