Position: Sales Executive

Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary Package: Up to ₹3 LPA

Employment Type: Internship-based with an prospect for permanent employment based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Arrange test rides and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate bookings, documentation, finance, and vehicle deliveries.

Required Skills

- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in automobiles and motorcycle sales.

Salary & Career Growth
- CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹3 LPA).
- Equivalent Monthly CTC: Up to ₹25,000.
- Initial Period: Internship / on-the-job training.
- Permanent Employment: Opportunity for a permanent position after successful completion of the internship, based on performance and company requirements.
