- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Prepare and send quotations, price lists, and product information.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.

- Maintain customer databases, inquiry records, and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing and timely delivery.

- Provide customers with GST details, product datasheets, and other required documents.

- Communicate order status, pricing, and product availability to customers.

- Maintain good customer relationships and support overall sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word,



and email.

- Ability to manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.
