Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with hands-on knowledge of outdoor media inventory (hoardings, billboards, unipoles, gantries, and digital OOH) and the signage industry. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, pitching outdoor advertising spaces, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & B2B Sales: Identify and pitch outdoor media solutions (hoardings, billboards, unipoles, bus shelters, pole kiosks, and LED/ACP signage) to corporate clients, brands, and media agencies.
- Inventory & Market Knowledge: Assess local outdoor media sites, traffic patterns, visibility scores, and competitor pricing.
- Proposal & Quotation Creation: Prepare customized media plans, commercial quotations, and visual/technical presentations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate rates, campaign durations, printing/mounting specs, and payment terms to close profitable deals.
- Project Coordination:



Coordinate with internal design, printing, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate display execution.
- Account Management & Collections: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and follow up with the finance team for timely payment collections.
- Reporting: Maintain a live sales CRM/pipeline tracking leads, proposals, bookings, and market intelligence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Atleast 12th pass
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven B2B field sales experience in outdoor advertising, OOH media, or the signage/printing industry.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong familiarity with OOH formats (Hoardings, Billboards, Unipoles, gantries).
- Understanding of signage materials, flex/digital printing, vinyl, LED fabrication, and mounting processes.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and hard-nosed negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical layouts or design briefs.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel on-field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
