Sales Executive – Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Performance Marketing to acquire new clients for our performance marketing services. The role involves connecting with business owners, founders, and marketing decision-makers to understand their growth goals and offer solutions such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns, and paid advertising management.

Key responsibilities include

- Identify and approach businesses looking to generate leads, sales, and measurable marketing results.
- Generate prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and online research.
- Explain performance marketing services, campaign objectives, and potential business advantages.
- Understand client goals, target audiences, budgets, and advertising requirements.
- Schedule discovery calls, present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in sales,



business development, inside sales, or digital marketing services sales preferred.
