Job Overview

Laptop City is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting laptops, computers, and accessories according to their needs and budget. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in technology, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in choosing suitable laptops, desktops, and computer accessories.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products according to their budget and usage.
- Explain product features, specifications, configurations, pricing, and warranty details.
- Develop knowledge of laptop brands, processors, RAM, storage, and other technical specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain product displays and keep the showroom organized.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in laptops, computers, and technology.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to explain products and convince customers.
- Freshers are welcome; previous sales experience is an advantage.
