Job Summary

We are looking for customer-oriented and sales-driven candidates for the position of Sales Executive at our Borivali store in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, and available options.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and support the resolution of complaints.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper presentation of jewellery.
- Coordinate with store team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, billing procedures, and store guidelines.




- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium in-store customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium showroom sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a retail store environment and as per assigned shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in jewellery showroom sales, gold and diamond jewellery sales, luxury retail, or premium customer service will be preferred.
