Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential merchants and local businesses.
- Introduce Venio's platform and explain its benefits to store owners.
- Assist merchants with registration, onboarding, and platform adoption.
- Conduct field visits and support local market expansion.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with merchants.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Maintain daily activity reports and onboarding records.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, or a related degree. Students from other backgrounds are also welcome.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with local shopkeepers and business owners.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with Pune's local markets is an advantage.
- English, Hindi, or Marathi communication skills are preferred.
