India IPO is an emerging financial services platform focused on helping businesses prepare for and navigate their IPO journey. We are building a high-growth organization with an ambitious vision to become the next unicorn in the IPO and capital markets ecosystem. We are looking for a highly driven Customer Relationship Executive cum Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert qualified business leads into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with company leads generated through various channels.
- Make outbound calls to promoters, directors, founders, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and explain India IPO's services effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.




- Schedule meetings between prospects and the senior management/team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Update lead status, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the tracker.
- Stay updated on IPO, SME IPO, fundraising, and corporate finance-related developments.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales orientation and a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners, promoters, CXOs, and senior professionals.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and hungry to grow.

Prior experience in B2B sales, financial services, investment banking, business development, insurance, loans, wealth management, or corporate services will be an advantage.

Education

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
