Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and make outbound calls for home loan products.
- Explain home loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Meet prospective customers and support home loan sales activities.
- Coordinate document collection and loan application processing.
- Maintain customer records and work towards achieving sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler for site visits, if required.
- Positive communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field visits, calling, and follow-ups.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.





Preferred Experience
- Experience in Home Loans, NBFC, Banking, Mortgage Loans, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
