We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to convert company-provided leads into confirmed clients for our architectural and interior design services. The candidate should be confident in client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with assigned leads and convert prospects into confirmed projects.
- Understand client requirements and explain our architecture and interior design services.
- Communicate with prospective clients, address queries, and coordinate meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up until project confirmation.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or client-handling experience preferred.




- Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and maximising incentive earnings.
