About the Role

V Power Logistics is looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential clients to develop long-term business relationships.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable logistics and freight solutions.
- Conduct sales follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, track leads, and update client information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, freight brokerage, or transportation sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
