Job Responsibilities1. Pre-Sales Executive – Office-Based Role

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's services.
- Handle customer queries and communicate professionally.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records.
- Generate genuine business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Role Type: Completely office-based. No client visits required.

1. Sales Executive – Field Sales Role

- Visit prospective clients and meet customers at their locations.
- Generate current leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's services.
- Build customer relationships and convert potential leads into actual customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate with the pre-sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer-conversion targets.
- Maintain records of client visits, discussions, and sales progress.

Requirements for Field Sales Role:

- Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike).




- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Should be comfortable travelling locally for client visits.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.

Candidate Preference
- Both male and female candidates can apply for either role.
- Role allocation will depend on the candidate's skills, interest, suitability, and willingness to handle the responsibilities.
- Candidates applying for the field sales role must be comfortable with client visits and have their own bike.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
